Bulla Co, an early-stage Gen Z influencer agency who have recently closed their six-figure pre-seed round, has acquired Hype Collective, a leading student marketing specialists. The acquisition will bring together the expertise and resources of both companies, allowing for enhanced services and expanded growth opportunities.

Bulla Co has made significant investments in technology in the past year, most notably their powerful social-led influencer platform.  Their proprietary tech merges social data and intelligence, offering brands unrivalled transparency around Gen Z influencing campaigns which in turn yields a far more cost-effective and highly efficient client offering.

Hype Collective, founded in 2017, quickly emerged as a leader in the experiential marketing industry. Boasting an impressive portfolio and a strong brand presence, Hype Collective has solidified its reputation by delivering exceptional results for esteemed clients such as Warner Bros. This acquisition will enable The Family, previous owners of Hype Collective,  to fuel the growth of the rest of its portfolio, which includes Hard Numbers, a performance-driven marketing and communications consultancy, focused on delivering ROI and Magic Digits, a management accounting firm built for the creative services sector. By divesting Hype Collective, The Family plans to focus on nurturing other ventures within its expanding ecosystem.

The specific financial terms of the acquisition will not be disclosed to the public. The acquisition will come into effect on June 19th, 2023. Hype Collective and Bulla Co will work collaboratively to ensure a seamless transition for employees, clients, and stakeholders.
